The Pagsanjan Falls:

Pagsanjan Falls is a popular day-trip about 100 km SE of Manila located in the Laguna province near the town of Santa Cruz. Proceed to Pagsanjan rapids hotel for tour base to change clothes for the wet boat ride Behind the hotel down the riverbank is where the canoes embarkation. The canoes are close to 6-m long, made of wood, and lack the outrigger you see on most boats. Two young men are paddling the boat that carries two to 3 passengers.

The lower part of the river is slow and meandering with homes and palms crowding the banks. It doesn't take long before the river valley turns into a deep gorge, with a rainforest canopy, and the quiet waters become cascading rapids. The paddlers often will jump out of the boat to manhandle it between boulders while dodging other canoes on their way down. After an hour a dead-end box canyon is reached where Pagsanjan Falls tumbles over. Here you can take a raft-ferry across the plunge pool to the base of the falls. The trip down the rapids is fast and exciting and in less than half the time going up, you're back at the resort.

Note that during the trip be prepared to get wet, bring extra clothing, and be sure to have something to protect the camera.

Taal Volcano:

In Tagaytay view Taal Volcano at Taal Vista Lodge. Here guests will be served young coconut with mango ice cream as they enjoy great sights of Taal Volcano standing on its own island within a large lake that was

formed after several violent eruptions. Its oldest crater that has the record of last eruptions in 1911 had formed a lake inside it leaving a stone island at the middle.

Manila:

Bar hopping or night entertainment in Burgos Street where rows of local bars such as Music 21 Plaza with karaoke can be great fun for singing . Other interests would be the bars with different categories called Papillon, Bottoms, Dimples, Ivory, Cuddles, and Friday's. Jools is a larger and popular bar that features modern dance shows every night and music in addition to the regular line dancers. Clubbing with the ladies is hot.

Boracay:

Boracay Island is dotted with some 10 different beaches, all within reasonable commuting distance of the main tourist area. The most famous of these is White Beach, which is largely the reason why most people come to the island in the first place. This four-kilometre stretch of powdery white sand on the western shoreline is a favourite spot for swimming, strolling or just hanging out. All sorts of marine sports are available here, such as snorkelling and scuba diving. Many of the island's 20 or so dive shops are located nearby.
